Deleted Form Information:

If you have the ability to delete form information you will not be able to recover that information once deleted. No backups are being performed on your forms database.

Password Information:

If you lost your password to login to your staff section please check your account  information and see if your password was posted. You must have an account to view your current information. Contact us using one of the options above.
